⚖️ 1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or playing games on EAGameLabs (available at https://eagamelabs.com/), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

All materials hosted on EAGameLabs—including but not limited to game code, gameplay logic, graphics, design, text, audio, and underlying computational assets—are the exclusive intellectual property of EAGameLabs unless otherwise indicated. All rights are reserved worldwide under international copyright laws.

⚠️ PROHIBITED USE: Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, mirroring, framing, modification, reverse engineering, decompiling, or commercial copying of any game engines, graphics, or proprietary code from EAGameLabs is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

🎮 3. Acceptable Use Policy

As a visitor, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play our browser-based games strictly for casual, personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use any automated scripts, bots, spiders, or scrapers to access the website or harvest high-scores.
  • Attempt to breach or bypass the security infrastructure, high-score validation endpoints, or network routers.
  • Interfere with the gaming sessions of other players or artificially load our servers.
  • Distribute malware, trojan horses, or reverse-engineer client-side Javascript.

⚡ 4. Disclaimer of Warranties

All games, tools, and content on EAGameLabs are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. EAGameLabs hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

Further, EAGameLabs does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the gameplay scores, leaderboards, or game logic. All high-scores, levels, and ranks are purely for fun and have no monetary value.

💸 5. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall EAGameLabs or its developer team be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, loss of scores, server downtime, browser crashes, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the games on EAGameLabs, even if EAGameLabs has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

The materials appearing on EAGameLabs could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. EAGameLabs does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials and games contained on our website at any time without notice. We do not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

🌐 7. Governing Law

Any claim relating to EAGameLabs' website shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of the website administration, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
